Now that we are a few months into 2021, there are a few changes that will be occurring.  We (at Seneca Springs) have noticed in the office, not by fault of anyone in particular, that late cancellations and no-shows have been higher than previous years.  We understand that COVID-19 has made this more of an issue, however, it also makes our time more precious as well.  As many of you know, we are pretty understanding and have not really enforced our policy in previous years (unless absolutely necessary).  Unfortunately, in the same breath being kind to our clients comes at a price for us too. I have updated my cancellation/late fee policy and will be trying to enforce it more than I have in the past.  I hope you will find that it is fair and reasonable.  The portion that has been noticeably changed is as follows (the rest is found on the scheduling page):

  • Please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation/late fee for the session scheduled.  If you do not pay your cancellation/late fee prior to rescheduling, future services may be denied until payment is made. Per CALENDAR YEAR fees will be as follows:
    • First - none
    • Second - 10%
    • Third - 25%
    • Four or More - 50%
